“Co-OP, residences right on A1A , on the Atlantic coast of Florida. Excellent swimming pool, docks and boat ramp on the Indian River. Surrounded by parks. . It's about 11 miles to nearest shopping. On my inquiry at the time, the co-OP fee is about $130 a month. You own the lot and the home. Seventy-five miles north of West Palm Beach. 10 miles south of Vero Beach.”
“We don't actually own a place in here but come as guests almost every year, everyone seems pleasant in the community. They have a large pool, laundry facility, marina, and direct access to the Atlantic rite across the road. Perfect for families, I recommend sharkys, chucks, and harbor cove as places for sea food and if you want something quick try goodfellas or ajs as far as pizza goes all within 10/15 mins actual drive time”
